Tracking Policy
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our shipping partner’s website.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no additional charge. After 24 hours, a 5% handling fee may apply. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
