Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at Memewigs.To better our customer shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies. 

All products being sold at CHARMWIGS.SHOP are guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 60 days (90 days for Brazil). Buyers can get a full refund if they have not received their products within this time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order free of cost within 24 hours after placing your order. Any cancellations on orders placed on our website after 24 hours will incur a 5% handling fee. Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled. Please see our return policy to return your order. Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 7 days after delivery if the products remain in their original packaging and are eligible for return. Please contact us before returning a defective item.

To return your order, you MUST first contact our customer service team via Charimwigs@outlook.com, or your return might be denied.

  • Refund processing begins after we receive your returned items.
  • We will notify you of your return and refund progress via email. Please ensure you check your inbox for updates.
  • Any packages returned without contacting us first or confirming the return address may be denied or lost.
  • If your refund does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank directly. Some financial institutions may experience processing delays.

7 Days DOA Product Guarantee

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.

Steps for Resolution:

  1. Within 7 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
  2. We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective product. You may be asked to return it, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

7 Days Return To Us

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return its content to us within 7 days after its delivery date. Please ensure that the item is in good condition, and we will arrange a full refund after receiving it.

Please Note:

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
  • Express shipping costs, international shipping costs, and any third-party fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for your bank to process the refund.

UNABLE RETURN POLICY

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  2. Delays in delivery caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, public holidays, or customs issues.
  3. Uninsured orders that are lost or stolen.
  4. Delays in delivery caused by any factors beyond MEMEWIGS.SHOP's control.
